Order confirmation

Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an e-mail confirming your order. This indicates that we have successfully received your order and pre-authorised your card for the purchase. Upon receiving your order, we immediately contact our suppliers to verify the availability of the item(s) for immediate shipment. In the event that your item(s) is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and inform you via e-mail. However, if your item(s) are readily available for shipment within 5 business days, we will proceed with processing the charges and proceed to ship your order.

Damages

Customers are requested to carefully check the packaging of their delivered items for damage and report it immediately while signing for the delivery. In case the item(s) arrive damaged, customers are to send photos of the damage to info@wholebatrooms.co.uk and the company will initiate an insurance claim on the customer's behalf.

Returns

It is the Customers responsibility to inform the Supplier and the Carrier of any discrepancies against the delivery documents i.e. short delivered or damaged goods. Notification of such items must be given in writing to the Supplier and the Carrier within 5 working days from the date of delivery. If it is not possible to examine the goods at the time of delivery then the Carriers delivery documents must be marked Unexamined. (Time is of the essence of this clause)
Items notified to the supplier as damaged must be returned within 14 days from the date of notification. All items will only be accepted for refund/credit by the Supplier if they are returned in the original boxes/packaging.

To care for your brass waste & overflow, it's important to avoid using harsh chemicals that can damage the finish. Instead, use a soft cloth and warm water to gently clean the surface. If there are stubborn stains, you can use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid scratching or abrasive materials that can scratch the brass surface. Also, avoid leaving any acidic substances on the surface for a long period of time, as they can eat away at the brass. To maintain the brightness of the brass, you can apply a light coat of wax periodically to protect the surface.
