Order confirmation

Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an e-mail confirming your order. This indicates that we have successfully received your order and pre-authorised your card for the purchase. Upon receiving your order, we immediately contact our suppliers to verify the availability of the item(s) for immediate shipment. In the event that your item(s) is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and inform you via e-mail. However, if your item(s) are readily available for shipment within 5 business days, we will proceed with processing the charges and proceed to ship your order.

Damages

Customers are requested to carefully check the packaging of their delivered items for damage and report it immediately while signing for the delivery. In case the item(s) arrive damaged, customers are to send photos of the damage to info@wholebatrooms.co.uk and the company will initiate an insurance claim on the customer's behalf.

Returns

It is the Customers responsibility to inform the Supplier and the Carrier of any discrepancies against the delivery documents i.e. short delivered or damaged goods. Notification of such items must be given in writing to the Supplier and the Carrier within 5 working days from the date of delivery. If it is not possible to examine the goods at the time of delivery then the Carriers delivery documents must be marked Unexamined. (Time is of the essence of this clause)
Items notified to the supplier as damaged must be returned within 14 days from the date of notification. All items will only be accepted for refund/credit by the Supplier if they are returned in the original boxes/packaging.

• Avoid harsh chemicals: Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives on the surface of the bathtub, as this can damage the finish.
• Dry after use: After using your bathtub, always wipe it down with a soft cloth or towel to remove any excess water.
• Avoid standing water: Do not allow standing water to sit in the bathtub, as this can cause discoloration or damage to the finish.
• Clean regularly: Use a gentle non-abrasive cleaner to clean the surface of the bathtub regularly.
• Consult manufacturer’s recommendations: Follow all additional care instructions provided by the manufacturer to ensure the long-lasting beauty and durability of your Belgravia Matt Black Bathtub.

This product is backed by a 10-year manufacturer's warranty, subject to certain terms and conditions that are outlined below. The warranty specifically covers defects that have resulted from faulty materials or workmanship within the Charlotte Edwards range, and does not extend to other products. Any other defects resulting from factors such as improper installation or misuse are not covered under the warranty.

The warranty for the product commences from the Date of Purchase/invoicing by Whole Bathrooms.

The warranty will not be valid and considered void under the following circumstances.

• Products are not installed by a licensed plumber
• Products are not installed to relevant standards
• Not installed in accordance with manufacturers installation instructions
• Fair wear and tear, including scratches from cleaning
• Non approved modifications to the product
• Product used for incorrect applications
• Problems caused by water supply
